Another project of the Co-op is to raise goats to produce milk. They have expanded from nine goats to 33 in just a couple of years. Each goat can produce up to 1 and 1/2 gallons of milk a day. Goat's milk is thick and full of nutrition but I'm not sure I would put it on my Cherios.
