I'm in Amsterdam right now. I rented a "hotel room" at Yotel for about six hours during my layover. It is about 70 square feet with a bed, tv, shower and internet access. I have been able to get a few hours of sleep and catch up with some work. Soon I'm off to catch my flight.
I'm currently on a Pastor's Vision Trip in Africa. We will begin our trip in Africa and split up in teams to travel to Rwanda, Ethiopia and Katito, Kenya. Pastors Vision Trips connect the U.S. church to children, communities, and churches on the front lines of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Africa. By providing an opportunity for busy church leaders to visit the field and see the impact of HIV and AIDS firsthand, we believe that God can use us, in partnership with our African brothers and sisters, to help turn the tide on this devastating disease. Churches can send one or two leaders, one of whom must be the senior pastor.
